Your Mission as a Human Resources Intern
As a Human Resources Intern, you will embark on a journey of professional growth and development within the heart of our dynamic HR department. Your mission is to support the development and optimization of HR processes and initiatives, contributing to a positive work environment and enhancing our company's operational efficiency. Through hands-on experience in various HR functions, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce's future and gaining invaluable insights into the HR operations within the Energy sector.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Human Resources Intern
- Assisting in the crafting and application of HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitating the employee onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Supporting the execution of HR initiatives, including employee engagement, performance evaluation, and professional development programs.
- Maintaining meticulous employee records and managing HR databases.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
- Engaging in the recruitment process by evaluating resumes, organizing interviews, and performing reference checks.
- Researching HR topics to ensure our practices are current regarding employee benefits, compensation strategies, and payroll management.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Human Resources Intern
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A profound interest in Human Resources or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and the ethical handling of sensitive information.
- Attention to detail combined with superior organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as an active member of a team.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations is advantageous.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the internship.

Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm.
