Your Mission as a Psychology Intern

As a Psychology Intern at Top International Oil & Gas Co., your primary mission is to contribute to understanding and improving driver behaviour within the company. You will conduct research and analyze the psychological aspects of driver conduct to develop effective interventions that enhance safety and performance.

Duties and Responsibilities as a Psychology Intern

• Conduct thorough psychological analysis of driver behaviour.
• Identify patterns and factors contributing to traffic violations and accidents.
• Develop and propose evidence-based interventions to improve driver safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor intervention strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on research findings and recommended strategies.
