Your Mission as a Field Specialist

As a Field Specialist, your mission is to perform on-site onshore operations, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing, planning, and executing jobs while focusing on your professional development through our Training & Development program.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as Field Specialist

• Adhere to safety policies, maintain a safe work environment, participate in safety meetings, and follow company standards and practices.
  
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, commit to service quality, and help improve efficiency and safety in field operations.
• Maintain equipment, work according to provided training and information, and ensure high-quality service as part of the crew.
• Work closely with the Senior Specialist / Job Supervisor / Service Quality Coach to update and control personal training tasks.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Field Specialist

• Strong technical and operational skills.
• Recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering (petroleum, mechanical. electrical, mechatronics, chemical, geology).
• Report writing skills, proficiency in Office software.
• Ability to work under pressure, eagerness to explore and learn.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
