Your Mission as a Field Engineer 

As a Field Engineer, your mission is to perform on-site onshore operations, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing, planning, and executing jobs while focusing on your professional development through our on job Training & Development program.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as Field Engineer

• Collaborate with your direct supervisor, Job Supervisor, and Service Quality Coach to manage and update your personal training tasks.
• Performing on site onshore operations to the complete satisfaction of the client under the direction of the Well Test Senior Engineer and Job Supervisor.
• Adhere to safety policies, maintain a safe work environment, participate in safety meetings, and follow company standards and practices.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, commit to service quality, and help improve efficiency and safety in field operations.
• Maintain equipment, work according to provided training and information, and ensure high-quality service as part of the crew.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Field Engineer

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor's in Engineering (petroleum, mechanical. electrical, mechatronics, chemical, geology).
• Strong technical and operational skills.
• Report writing skills, proficiency in Office software.
• Ability to work under pressure, eagerness to explore and learn.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
