Your Mission as an HSE Supervisor

As an HSE Supervisor, your primary mission will be to lead the implementation and management of comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements. You will ensure a safe working environment for all employees by effectively planning, executing, and monitoring HSE policies and initiatives.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as HSE Supervisor

• Develop and implement HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures to meet company and regulatory standards.
• Support departmental managers and supervisors in all aspects of HSE issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to evaluate and improve safety systems and procedures.
• Lead HSE initiatives, including ISO certifications and safety meetings, to promote a safety-first culture.
• Investigate accidents, complete reports, and share lessons learned with management.
• Provide HSE training and orientation to new employees, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with external audit organizations and authorities on HSE matters.
• Manage safety statistics and reporting, ensuring timely communication of HSE performance.
• Travel to various company and field locations to oversee HSE activities and perform audits.
• Ensure that all company facilities provide a safe and healthy environment for employees.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a high-performance work environment and promote company values.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as HSE Supervisor

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA 18001 standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, First Aid, and Occupational Health and Safety qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Additional Information

• Work Location: Primarily field-based with regular visits to the yard and operational sites.
• Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
