Your Mission as a Sales Account Manager
As the Sales Account Manager, your core responsibility will be to drive the expansion of company’s presence in the EPC market. You'll leverage your market insights, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking to cultivate relationships with clients and develop new business opportunities. Your mission is to spearhead initiatives that enhance our market share while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as Sales Account Manager
- Promote the company’s existing offerings and introduce new products to the EPC market.
- Analyze budgets, forecast market demands, and prepare annual budget plans.
- Stay attuned to client requirements, emerging market trends, and competitive dynamics to drive business success.
- Collect, assess, and summarize market data, then implement new sales strategies and advertising initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and proactive communication.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to keep updated on market developments and grow your professional network.
Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as Sales Account Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive years of experience in the Libyan EPC market.
- Proven management experience in business development, sales, or operations, particularly in areas such as Energy Infrastructure, Refining & Petrochemical Facilities, Production Facilities.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing, as well as the EPC industry in Libya.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge in data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to understand and apply company policies effectively.
- Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet targets.

- Work Type: Office work.
