Your Mission as a Human Resources Intern
As a Human Resources Intern, you will embark on a journey of professional growth and development within the heart of our dynamic HR department. Your mission is to support the development and optimization of HR processes and initiatives, contributing to a positive work environment and enhancing our company's operational efficiency. Through hands-on experience in various HR functions, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce's future and gaining invaluable insights into the HR operations within the Energy sector.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Human Resources Intern
- Help in Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Act as the key liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
- Help in Maintaining and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to accurately reflect candidate statuses, notes, and follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and participate in career fairs to promote Altamkeen as an employer of choice.
- Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Human Resources Intern
- Passion to pursue a career in HR and HR related work.
- Enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A profound interest in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and preferably experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be available to work 20 - 40 hours per week throughout the internship.
- The ability to work both independently and as an active member of a team.

Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm.
- Work Arrangemt: Hybrid.
- Location: Tripoli.
