Your Mission as a Rig Site Coordinator

In the role of Rig Site Coordinator, you will ensure the flawless coordination and execution of Rig Site Services for Integrated Project Management contracts. You are the key connector between the Hiring Company, drilling contractors, third-party contractors, and clients, guaranteeing that all activities comply with the work program and are carried out with unmatched efficiency.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Rig Site Coordinator

• Act as the face of the Hiring Company at the Rig Site, embodying our values and standards.
• Coordinate Rig Site activities with Drilling Contractors, third-party Contractors, and Clients to ensure alignment with the work program and efficient job execution.
• Engage in daily communications with the Project Manager, providing updates and coordinating activities.
• Proactively update daily forecasts and activity plans to meet customer demands and anticipate resource requirements.
• Serve as the Hiring Company's Rig Site Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality Assurance (QA) Representative.
• Lead Safety meetings, prioritizing the well-being and safety of all site personnel.
• Monitor the workload of Rig Site Personnel and ensure daily operational costs and budget adherence.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Rig Site Coordinator

• Demonstrated experience in Rig Site Coordination or similar roles within the oil and gas sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of drilling operations and integrated project management principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
• Strategic planning abilities to meet customer demands and manage resources efficiently.
• A strong commitment to upholding HSE and QA standards, with a track record of conducting safety meetings and ensuring compliance.
• Analytical skills for operational cost monitoring and budget management.
• Leadership capabilities to effectively manage and support Rig Site Personnel.
