Your Mission as an HR Workforce Coordinator
As the HR Workforce Coordinator, your mission is to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring the onboarding of top-tier talent. You will serve as a vital link between candidates and the organization, guiding them through the recruitment journey, managing compliance processes, and fostering an exceptional candidate experience.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as an HR Workforce Coordinator
- Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, including pre-employment screenings, security clearances, travel, and visa arrangements.
- Organize and represent the company at career fairs and university events to attract high-quality candidates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new recruits, providing guidance throughout the interview and onboarding process.
- Screen, evaluate, and conduct reference checks on candidates, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated databases for requisitions, advertising, and applicant tracking systems.
- Support the staffing of new business ventures and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage and organize logistics for assessment sessions, ensuring seamless operations.
- Coach and develop new team members, contributing to team growth and efficiency.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, aligning with best practices and organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines, as well as applicable legislation.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as an HR Workforce Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience coordinating international hires, including visa and relocation processes, is a plus.

- Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm.
- Location: Tripoli.
