Your Mission as a Commercial Director
In the position of Commercial Director, your responsibility will be to spearhead the increase in revenue and profit margins. This role involves devising and implementing the commercial strategy, encouraging creativity, and guiding your team towards fulfilling the company's lofty objectives. Leveraging your strategic thinking and leadership skills, you will navigate commercial endeavors to achieve unprecedented success.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Commercial Director
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Technology Sales, Economics, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Over 10 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a pertinent commercial position within the telecommunications industry, ideally with a background in Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
- Demonstrated ability to devise and implement effective commercial strategies.
- Robust leadership capabilities, with a history of leading sales and marketing teams.
- Outstanding skills in building relationships with clients and business partners.
- Comprehensive understanding of market research, competitive assessment, and commercial legislation.
- Financial expertise in budgeting and tracking performance indicators.
- Superior skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
- Capability for strategic thought and analytical problem-solving.
- Additional qualifications in sales and marketing are beneficial.
