Your Mission as a Company man

As a Company man, you will be at the forefront of well operations, ensuring that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Your leadership will be crucial in coordinating well programs, managing resources, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence on-site.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Company man

• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and execute the well operations program.
• Lead and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with HSE policies.
• Conduct safety and operations meetings, including daily briefings and debriefings.
• Manage project work, ensuring timely execution and optimal resource utilization.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control for well operations.
• Plan and implement project health, safety, and environmental management strategies.
• Liaise with customer representatives, contractors, and third-party supervisors.
• Monitor equipment and service compliance with contract requirements.
• Maintain inventory of essential materials such as cement, barite, and rental equipment.
• Identify and mitigate well operational risks, including well control and stuck pipe prevention.
• Prepare and execute critical operations procedures, including contingency planning.
• Monitor and control project costs, reviewing invoices and service reports.
• Ensure seamless communication among stakeholders to maintain efficient operations.
• Perform technical calculations relevant to well or rig-site operations.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Company man

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
• Extensive experience in well site operations and drilling activities.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
• In-depth knowledge of well control procedures and HSE policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in project risk management and operational cost control.
• Ability to interpret technical data and perform well-related calculations.
