Your Mission as a Corporate Department Manager
As the Corporate Department Manager, your mission is to lead the HR, Admin, and IT departments, creating synergy between them and ensuring the efficient achievement of organizational goals. You’ll implement strategies that drive operational excellence, foster positive employee relations, and strengthen the infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring that each department aligns with our core objectives and standards, creating a foundation for sustained growth and innovation.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Corporate Department Manager
- Lead and coordinate HR, Admin, and IT teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Drive cross-departmental collaboration for smooth, efficient operations.
- Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance, and compliance.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Manage office operations, facilities, and procurement processes.
- Establish and maintain efficient administrative policies.
- Supervise system administration, network management, and IT support.
- Ensure a secure, efficient IT infrastructure.
- Develop initiatives for growth, efficiency, and goal alignment.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Corporate Department Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 10-15 years in a senior management role, ideally within an international organization in the automotive sector.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multiple teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR, administrative, and IT operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Additional Information
- Working Hours: 9 to 4, Saturday to Thursday.
- Location: Misrata, Libya.
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
