Your Mission as a Material Specialist

As a Material Specialist, your core mission is to ensure the smooth operation of materials management within our warehouse. You will play a crucial role in supporting production and maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring that all materials are efficiently handled, stored, and documented.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Material Specialist

• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying items listed on production orders.
• Maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Pack materials for shipping, document materials, and record units delivered and their locations.
• Provide services related to material procurement, handling, movement, coordination, arrangement, and disbursement.
• Handle, move, and store various non-hazardous and hazardous materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload different transport items, record inventory statuses, and ensure deliveries properly match purchase orders.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Material Specialist

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management,  Engineering, or HSE.

• Proven warehouse and material handling experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Highly observant and analytical with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient with hand tools and basic mathematical skills.

• Ability to understand and apply basic mathematical concepts effectively.

• Working Days & Hours: Equal Rotations (4x4).
• Location: Jalu, Ubari.
