Your Mission as a General Accountant

As a key player in their team, you'll take charge of managing and reporting the company's financial data, ensuring both integrity and compliance in their financial operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed financial statements, analyzing accounts, and overseeing payroll management. You'll also harness the power of ERPNext software to streamline the company's accounting processes, optimize inventory management, and drive budgeting and financial forecasting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on their financial strategy and success.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a General  Accountant

• - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• - Prepare and monitor budgets, including variance analysis
• - Assist in developing financial forecasts and projections.
• - Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• - Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• - Manage inventory accounting and ensure accurate tracking of goods storage and export.
• - Manage suppliers' and customers' accounts, generating timely reports.
• - Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• - Participate in the development of the company’s general plans.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a General Accountant

• - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• - Preferably two years of accounting experience.
• - Preferably Proficient in ERPNext software.
• - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• - Experience in managing payroll and preparing budgets.
• - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
• Location: Tripoli, Libya.
