Your Mission as the Director of Marketing and Media
The Director of Marketing and Media will lead the university’s strategic efforts in building brand awareness, digital presence, and stakeholder engagement. This position is key to shaping the university's image through innovative marketing strategies, compelling content, and strong media relations. The director will serve as a visionary leader, overseeing campaigns, organizing events, and crafting messaging that resonates across digital and traditional platforms.
You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as the Director of Marketing and Media
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with university goals.
- Lead the organization of open days, workshops, and promotional events to build community engagement.
- Oversee and curate content for the university's website and social media platforms to ensure consistency and impact.
- Build and maintain the university’s brand identity across all communication channels.
- Foster partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic collaborators to amplify brand reach.
- Lead sales and negotiation efforts for partnerships and sponsorships that support university initiatives.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing and media team.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of campaigns and digital engagement metrics to enhance results.
Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as the Director of Marketing and Media
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing leadership, event planning, and media engagement.
- Proven ability to manage and grow digital platforms, content strategies, and brand positioning.
- Strong experience in event planning, particularly educational or promotional events.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Skilled in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in content management systems, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
- Visionary leadership with a creative and results-oriented mindset.

Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm.
