Your Mission as the Registrar General Manager
As the Registrar General Manager, your mission is to safeguard the integrity of academic records, lead strategic enrollment initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will be a key driver in shaping academic policy, optimizing student services, and leading the Registrar’s office with a commitment to excellence and innovation.
You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as the Registrar General Manager
- Lead and develop a high-performing Registrar's team.
- Oversee the secure and accurate maintenance of all academic records.
- Manage student registration, course scheduling, and enrollment processes.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for student academic records and related issues.
- Provide reports and data analysis to support strategic academic planning.
- Implement and monitor policies for student data management and academic procedures.
- Promote student support and enhance service quality in the Registrar’s office.
- Collaborate across departments for policy development and implementation.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as the Registrar General Manager
- Master’s degree in a relevant field; Doctorate preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education administration or academic records management.
- Proficiency in student information systems and registration software.
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex administrative operations and resolve conflicts.
- Experience in data reporting, policy development, and compliance oversight.
- Proficient in technology tools and academic systems.

Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm.
