Your Mission as a Medical Representative
Your role is pivotal in driving the medical promotion of Siran's pharmaceutical products. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring effective territory management while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Medical Representative
- Promote Siran products in both institutional and private sectors across multiple areas in Libya.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical teams.
- Develop and implement strategic territory and account management plans to achieve sales goals.
- Organize presentations and conferences for medical staff to highlight product benefits.
- Monitor competitor activity and analyze market trends for effective positioning.
- Liaise with internal teams, including Marketing and the Medical Field Sales Manager, to align strategies.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts and activities, ensuring database accuracy.
- Stay informed about the latest clinical data and represent it accurately during presentations.
- Attend company meetings and events, sharing insights to enhance collective success.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Medical Representative
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet usage.
- 0–2 years in Sales or Marketing, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
