Your Mission as an Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, your mission will be to provide critical support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. You will be instrumental in maintaining organized and efficient office operations, supporting our management, and contributing to our company's success.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate records and files.
- Manage all documentation and processes related to visas and dessert passes.
- Efficiently manage bookings for travel, accommodations, and related arrangements.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other office software to complete tasks effectively.
- Print documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and proper preparation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain high standards of communication in English, both written and verbal.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as an Administrative Assistant
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of general and related experience.
- fluent in English, and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general printing skills.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in email writing, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proven experience in business systems administration, preferably within the oil and gas industry.

- Position Type: Full-time, office-based role.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
