Your Mission as a Marketing Specialist
As a Marketing Specialist at Pinkberry, your mission is to craft and execute compelling marketing campaigns that strengthen the Pinkberry brand, attract customers, and boost sales. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s voice across platforms, understanding market trends, and driving initiatives that create lasting impressions on consumers.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Marketing Specialist
- Develop and execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns for new product launches and promotions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging marketing materials.
- Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and the website.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor digital metrics and generate periodic performance reports.
- Work with influencers and media to boost brand visibility.
- Support event planning for promotions, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
- Gather and assess customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and service enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Marketing Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in retail or food & beverage.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media advertising.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
- Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
Additional Information
- Working Days & Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9 am - 4 pm.
- Location: Jraba, Tripoli.
