Your Mission as a QHSE Engineer 
As a QHSE Engineer, your mission is to uphold and enhance our commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. You will lead initiatives to implement international quality standards, enforce safety protocols, and drive sustainability efforts to align with our Net Zero 2045 vision. Your role is central to ensuring a safe and compliant operational environment for all.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a QHSE Engineer
- Lead the development, training, and rollout of ISO international standards.
 - Conduct audits to verify adherence to quality procedures, standards, and regulations.
 - Ensure compliance with quality-related regulations and industry certifications.
 - Oversee the development and revision of procedures and forms in line with quality standards.
 - Maintain and prepare documentation required for ISO compliance.
 - Enforce office safety protocols and identify workplace hazards.
 - Implement QHSE procedures in line with local regulations and company policy.
 - Provide technical support and analyze data from the In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS).
 - Act as Emergency Coordinator and maintain the firefighting system’s readiness.
 - Deliver training sessions and onboarding for safety practices.
 - Keep detailed records of incidents, safety audits, and compliance reports.
 - Generate regular QHSE performance reports and conduct accident investigations.
 - Issue monthly reports with statistics and audit results, ensuring corrective action follow-ups.
 - Manage PPE supply, distribution, and compliance among staff.
 - Monitor and enforce safety during high-risk or non-routine tasks.
 - Support environmental and sustainability reporting for energy, waste, and emissions data.
 - Participate in environmental campaigns and carbon reduction initiatives.
 
Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a QHSE Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related discipline.
 - Minimum 3 years’ experience in occupational health and safety, ideally in oil & gas.
 - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS principles.
 - Deep understanding of HSE regulations and risk assessment methodologies.
 - Skilled in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
 - Effective communicator and trainer with strong interpersonal skills.
 - Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and propose improvements.
 - Proficient in using safety management systems and documentation software.
 - Team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
