Your Mission an Electrical Maintenance Engineer

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your mission is to ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems critical to power-related infrastructure. You will manage electrical systems for traffic signals, lighting, and power distribution control systems within roads, tunnels, and other key facilities. Your role is essential in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, ensuring integration with larger projects, and maintaining compliance with safety codes and specifications.

You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities an Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Maintain, repair, and operate electrical systems in infrastructure, including traffic signals, lighting, and power distribution control systems.

• Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs in the field, conducting on-site inspections to identify and resolve problems.

• Collaborate with highway, civil, and other engineering teams to ensure electrical systems are safely and effectively integrated into larger construction projects.

• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety codes, industry standards, and contractual specifications.

• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical technologies and maintenance practices.

Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Minimum age: 30 years.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or a 3-year DAE in a relevant field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance for infrastructure or construction projects.

• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems for roads, tunnels, and other power-related facilities.

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.

• Strong understanding of electrical safety codes and standards.

• Professional proficiency in English is essential for communication and reporting.
