Your Mission as a Maintenance Supervisor

To supervise and ensure safe, effective, and reliable maintenance execution across several projects, while improving equipment performance, supporting operations, and maintaining high maintenance standards.

You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise and lead maintenance activities across multiple projects.

• Oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance execution.

• Ensure equipment reliability, availability, and safe operation.

• Apply TLM (Technology Lifecycle Management) principles in maintenance activities.

• Coordinate closely with operations to minimize downtime and maintain continuity.

• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with QHSE requirements.

• Monitor maintenance team performance and ensure work is completed to required standards.

Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Maintenance Supervisor

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or significant field experience in a maintenance role.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar supervisory maintenance.

• Strong experience in maintenance execution, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.

• Good supervisory and team leadership skills, with proven ability to manage maintenance activities across multiple projects.

• Good understanding of QHSE requirements and safe maintenance practices.

• Proven maintenance background with solid technical and operational knowledge.

• Ability to handle maintenance planning, execution, and team coordination effectively.

• Knowledge of Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) in maintenance environments is an advantage.

• Good reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
