Misk Aloula for Tourism Services Ltd is a tourism and travel services company based in Tripoli, Libya. The company is currently looking to strengthen its team with experienced professionals to support its travel and ticketing operations and deliver high-quality services to its clients.

Your Mission as a Ticketing Officer

Your role is pivotal in managing airline ticketing and reservation services, assisting customers with their travel needs, and ensuring accurate and efficient ticketing operations in accordance with airline policies.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Ticketing Officer

• Book and issue airline tickets.

• Process changes, cancellations, and reissues according to airline policies.

• Assist customers with schedules, fares, and travel inquiries.

• Operate reservation systems (Amadeus).

• Verify passenger details against passport information.

• Monitor ticketing time limits to prevent automatic cancellations.

• Find the best fares and travel options for customers.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline policies.

• Handle customer concerns professionally.

• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners.

• Maintain booking records and prepare sales reports.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Ticketing Officer

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (tourism or travel training is an advantage).

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ticketing or a travel agency.

• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus preferred).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for communicating with airline and client correspondence.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

• Location: Omar Al-Mukhtar Street, Tripoli, Libya

• Work Arrangement: Full-Time

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications
