Your Mission as a Wireline Crew Chief:

Your mission is to lead and support safe, efficient Wireline field operations while ensuring that equipment, personnel, and operations meet required HSE and technical standards.

You will take operational ownership of field activities, supervise field personnel, and ensure Wireline services are executed safely and effectively in both rig and rigless environments.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Wireline Crew Chief:

• Lead and supervise Cased Hole Wireline operations, with good exposure to Open Hole logging.

• Perform and support PLT, cement evaluation, production logging, and pipe recovery operations.

• Lead and support both rig and rigless Wireline operations.

• Perform perforation operations and ensure the safe handling of explosives.

• Operate and support pipe recovery tools and operations, including FPIT, plugs, cutters, and related equipment.

• Manage and monitor Pressure Control Equipment (PCE), including rig-up and rig-down procedures.

• Perform Wireline unit and downhole tool maintenance and ensure equipment readiness.

• Support operations in H₂S environments while maintaining required safety procedures.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate field personnel during operations.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and make effective decisions under field pressure.

• Maintain high standards of HSE, operational discipline, and safe working practices.

• Ensure field activities are completed efficiently and according to operational requirements.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Wireline Crew Chief:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cased Hole Wireline operations, with good exposure to Open Hole logging.

• Strong operational experience in PLT, cement evaluation, production logging, and pipe recovery services.

• Proven experience in both rig and rigless operations.

• Practical experience in perforation operations and safe handling of explosives.

• Strong knowledge of pipe recovery tools, including FPIT, plugs, cutters, and related equipment.

• Strong knowledge of Pressure Control Equipment (PCE) and rig-up/rig-down procedures.

• Experience with Wireline unit and downhole tool maintenance.

• Previous experience working in H₂S environments.

• Strong HSE awareness and commitment to safe working practices.

• Proven leadership and field-team supervision experience.

• Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of accountability, reliability, and operational ownership.

• Team-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated.

• Ability to work under pressure in remote desert locations and according to the required field rotation.
