Your Mission as a Field Specialist Trainee

As a Field Specialist Trainee, your mission is to develop a solid foundational understanding of field operations within the oil and energy sector. Through comprehensive training and hands-on experiences, you will prepare to contribute effectively to our diverse and dynamic team, ensuring operational excellence and the advancement of our industry-leading projects.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Field Specialist Trainee

• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of essential field equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure equipment performance and reliability.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during field operations.
• Participate in safety meetings, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports on field activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Field Specialist Trainee

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, geology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and familiarity with field equipment.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in remote locations and during non-standard hours.
