Your Mission as a Maintenance Technician Trainee

As a Maintenance Technician Trainee, your mission is to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to maintain and enhance the performance of complex machinery and systems. Under the guidance of seasoned professionals, you will grow into a competent technician capable of handling diverse challenges in a dynamic facility.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician Trainee

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of essential equipment and infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.
• Collaborate with experienced technicians to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Engage in basic welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, documenting all repairs and the condition of equipment.
• Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance your technical skills.
• Follow all safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Maintenance Technician Trainee

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents like manuals and blueprints.
