Your Mission as a Cementing Field Specialist

As a Cementing Field Specialist, your primary mission is to ensure the efficient execution of cementing operations, maintaining high standards of service delivery and safety compliance. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing operational performance and customer satisfaction.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Cementing Field Specialist

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and well site inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Cementing Field Specialist

• Extensive experience in well cementing Scope.
• Educational background in Chemical, Mechanical, Geology, or Petroleum Engineering, or relevant Higher Education or University Diploma.
• Microsoft Office package and cementing acquisition systems.
• Chemical Handling Safety Training.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Working Days & Hours: Rotating shifts (4x4).
• Location: Jalu, Ubari - Libya.
