Your Mission as a Project Quality Site Lead / QAQC Site lead

As the PF Project Quality Site Lead, your mission is to embed quality and governance throughout the project execution phase. You will ensure the seamless integration of quality standards, provide oversight on project quality deliverables, and support the team to achieve project objectives in terms of quality, cost, and schedule.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as Project Quality Site Lead / QAQC Site lead

• Lead a multidiscipline site quality team, ensuring all quality control and assurance activities are conducted effectively.
• Review site construction quality documents to verify adherence to project standards.
• Guide QA/QC engineers and coordinators in the documentation review, inspection, and reporting processes.
• Present weekly and monthly quality reports to the Project Management and Client teams.
• Collaborate with the construction manager on prioritizing inspections for mechanical completion.
• Investigate and resolve non-conformance reports (NCRs) during construction and commissioning.
• Update and implement the Project Quality Plan according to contract specifications.
• Conduct Pre-Inspection and Kick-off Meetings for site construction activities.
• Plan and execute quality audits, ensuring compliance with QA/QC procedures.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as Project Quality Site Lead / QAQC lead

• Extensive experience in Quality Inspection within the EPCC or Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong background in site construction works, including civil, welding, piping, and E&I.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field; technical diploma may be considered.
• ASNT SNTC Level II Certification and familiarity with ASME and AWS codes.
• Experience in ISO 9001 auditing and knowledge of ATEX requirements.
• Proficient in quality management software such as Aconex, QUEST, or InTouch.

• Working Days & Hours: Rotation (6x3).
