Your Mission as a General Field Engineer

As a General Field Engineer, your mission is to lead and execute wireline well site operations with precision and integrity. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high safety standards, and providing top-tier service to clients. By driving efficiency, mentoring team members, and embracing new technologies, you will be a critical contributor to successful field outcomes and client satisfaction.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a General Field Engineer

• Plan and oversee well site operations while ensuring full compliance with safety protocols.
• Supervise crew and calibrate equipment for site readiness.
• Execute wireline operations effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on latest technologies and operational procedures.
• Liaise with clients to gather technical job data and plan details.
• Uphold strong client relationships with professional service and confidentiality.
• Prepare and finalize logs and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and events.
• Mentor and train less experienced engineers and trainees.
• Provide clear guidance and delegate responsibilities to ensure operational consistency.
