Your Mission as a Country Manager:

As a Country Manager, your mission is to lead and optimize branch operations, ensuring operational excellence, sustainable growth, and strong client engagement within the oil and gas sector. You will act as the key representative of the organization, driving performance, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and profitably.

You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Country Manager:

• Oversee full branch operations including project planning, execution, and performance monitoring

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE standards

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on proposals and contract negotiations

• Lead project management activities ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

• Monitor financial performance including revenue, costs, and profitability

• Develop strategies to optimize operational and financial outcomes

• Promote and enforce a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture

• Prepare and present reports on operations, financials, and project progress to senior management

• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Country Manager:

• Minimum 4 years experience in Oil and Gas sector

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s in Engineering or Management preferred)

• Strong experience in Oil and Gas sector

• Oil & Gas Operations Management (upstream/downstream project lifecycle)

• Financial & Budget Management (P&L analysis, cost control, revenue tracking)

• HSE Compliance & Risk Management

• Contract Management & Business Development

• Working Days & Hours: Saturday to Thursday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Location: ( Office-based )Tripoli, Libya.
