Your Mission as a Wireline Cased Hole Chief Operator:

As a Wireline Cased Hole Chief Operator, your mission is to lead and execute safe, efficient, and technically sound cased hole wireline operations. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services, ensuring operational integrity, and maintaining the highest standards of safety in challenging field environments.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilitiesas a Wireline Cased Hole Chief Operator:

• Lead and supervise cased hole wireline operations at wellsite locations.

• Execute PLT, cement evaluation, production logging, and pipe recovery services.

• Perform perforation operations and manage explosive handling in compliance with safety standards.

• Operate in both rig and rigless environments with full operational responsibility.

• Utilize pipe recovery tools (FPIT, plugs, cutters, and related equipment) effectively.

• Oversee Pressure Control Equipment (PCE) operations, including rig-up and rig-down procedures.

• Conduct UNIT and downhole tool maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Ensure operational readiness and compliance in H2S environments.

• Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting.

• Uphold strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Wireline Cased Hole Chief Operator:

• Strong technical expertise in PLT, Cement Evaluation, production logging, and pipe recovery services.

• Proven experience in perforation operations and explosive handling.

• Solid knowledge of PCE operations and maintenance.

• Hands-on experience with UNIT and tool maintenance.

• Experience working in H2S environments.

• Strong safety mindset and disciplined operational approach.

• Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.

• Self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of performing under field pressure.

• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities..
