Your Mission as a Multiphase Flow Meter Specialist

As a Multiphase Flow Meter Specialist, you will ensure the accurate measurement and analysis of multiphase fluid flows in oil and gas wells. Working with cutting-edge flow meter technologies, including devices such as the Vx and other advanced multiphase flow meters, you will support well testing operations by delivering precise insights into the composition and behavior of oil, gas, and water mixtures.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Multiphase Flow Meter Specialist

• Flow Meter Operation: Operate and maintain multiphase flow meters, including Vx devices and similar technologies, to provide reliable fluid flow measurements.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze and interpret flow data to identify phase composition using advanced methodologies like gamma-ray spectroscopy.
• Well Testing Integration: Collaborate with well testing teams to optimize data accuracy and support overall well performance.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical support for various types of multiphase flow meters to address complex measurement requirements.
• Instrumentation Management: Ensure flow meters are calibrated, maintained, and functioning at peak performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve operational issues with multiphase measurement systems in challenging field environments.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Multiphase Flow Meter Specialist

• Educational Background: High diploma degree or certification in Petroleum Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with multiphase flow meters such as Vx, Phase Watcher, or Fluenta...etc.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of well testing and multiphase flow dynamics.
• Analytical Expertise: Ability to analyze large data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Field Readiness: Comfortable working in remote and high-pressure environments with hands-on responsibilities.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Additional Information

• Working Days & Hours: Rotation (4x4 or 6x3).
