Your Mission as an ALS Field Specialist

As an ALS Field Specialist, your role is critical in ensuring the seamless installation, operation, and maintenance of multistage horizontal surface pumps. You will work on high-performance pumping systems in oil and water applications, ensuring reliability and efficiency in operations. Your expertise in surface control drives and pump maintenance will contribute to optimizing production and minimizing downtime.

You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as an ALS Field Specialist

• Install, commission, and maintain multistage horizontal surface pumps for oil and water applications.
• Operate and troubleshoot surface control drives, including variable speed and fixed speed drives.
• Perform maintenance and repair of surface pumps, including HPS TC and Flush Plan.
• Conduct HPS pump replacements and alignments with precision.
• Ensure accurate motor alignment for optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices while working in the field.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency and address technical challenges.

Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as an ALS Field Specialist

•  Minimum 3 years of proven field experience with a recognized oil and gas service provider.
• Strong background in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of multistage horizontal surface pumps.
• Proficiency in handling surface control drives (Variable Speed Drives and Fixed Speed Drives).
• Hands-on experience in HPS TC and Flush Plan maintenance, pump replacement, and motor alignment.
• Ability to work in remote locations and challenging environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
