Your Mission as a Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the warehouse operations, ensuring smooth logistics, accurate inventory management, and compliance with safety and industry regulations. Your role is crucial in maintaining efficient stock control, minimizing damages, and managing costs while collaborating with suppliers and transport providers.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Warehouse Supervisor

• Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure the health, safety, and environmental compliance of the warehouse.
• Maintain proper storage, distribution, and attractive warehouse layout.
• Manage and support a team while overseeing the entire logistics function.
• Analyze data, monitor performance, and develop strategic improvements.
• Control stock variances, damages, and cost management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies for seamless operations.
• Handle warehouse-related documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Stay updated on local government regulations (Customs, Chamber of Commerce, Port Authorities, etc.).
• Manage warehouse administration, budget control, and staff evaluation.
• Ensure adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management system as per ISO standards.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Warehouse Supervisor

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management,  Engineering, or HSE.

- 3 years of proven warehouse and material handling experience.
- Highly observant and analytical with strong attention to detail.

- Proficient with hand tools and basic mathematical skills.

- Experience with Odoo ERP (is a plus)

- Proficiency in Excel & Outlook

- Strong communication skills

- Creative in sorting systems

- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

- English proficiency is a must
