Your Mission as a PF QAQC Electrical Inspector

As a PF QAQC Electrical Inspector, your mission is to ensure that all electrical installations—from LV and HV systems to transformers and switchgear—are executed in accordance with the approved project quality plan and technical standards. You'll drive quality assurance across project phases through vigilant inspection, auditing, and collaboration with the site and client teams.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a PF QAQC Electrical Inspector

• Conduct review and validation of electrical construction documents and method statements.
  
• Oversee quality deliverables, including ITPs and inspection procedures for electrical works.
  
• Perform and report stage and final inspections of electrical systems on-site.
  
• Coordinate with the client and contractor for witness inspections and NCR resolutions.
  
• Participate in FAT/SAT for electrical packages and validate contractor test reports.
  
• Validate worker qualifications and special processes; conduct surveillance audits.
  
• Perform gland termination qualification tests and report accordingly.
  
• Manage inspection records in project systems (e.g., QUEST, InTouch), ensuring traceability.
  
• Input findings into quality management reviews, lessons learned, and audit reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan and maintain audit documentation.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a PF QAQC Electrical Inspector

• 8+ years of electrical QA/QC experience in engineering, EPCC, or Oil & Gas industries.
  
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
  
• Mandatory CompEx or IECEx Certification.
  
• Working knowledge of LV/HV houses, switchgear, control panels, transformers, and EDG.
  
• ISO 9001 internal auditor qualification.
  
• Proficient in reviewing technical documents and identifying non-conformance.
  
• Experience in managing supplier quality and site construction execution is a plus
