Your Mission as a PF QAQC Instrumentation Inspector

As a PF QAQC Instrumentation Inspector, your goal is to guarantee compliance and quality across all instrumentation systems and installations. You will drive continuous improvement in instrumentation QA/QC practices during construction, ensuring timely inspections, robust reporting, and effective collaboration with internal teams and third parties.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a PF QAQC Instrumentation Inspector

• Review instrumentation drawings, ITPs, and method statements to ensure technical accuracy.
• Supervise and document inspections of instrumentation works at various stages.
• Witness and report on mockups, special process testing, and FAT/SAT for instrumentation packages.
• Conduct ITR inspections, system walkdowns, and punch listing using project tools.
• Validate worker qualifications for instrumentation tasks and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate NCR management and support contractor resolution efforts.
• Perform inspections aligned with quality plans and monitor audit findings and documentation.
• Support the site construction team with technical quality clarifications.
• Ensure timely documentation and traceability of instrumentation tests and inspections.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a PF QAQC Instrumentation Inspector

• 8+ years of QA/QC experience in instrumentation within engineering, EPCC, or Oil & Gas sectors.
  
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
  
• Mandatory CompEx or IECEx Certification.
  
• Familiarity with control panels, PAGA systems, and industrial instrumentation setups.
  
• Strong working knowledge of FAT/SAT procedures and system-level testing.
  
• ISO 9001 internal auditing experience is preferred.
  
• Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and a proactive approach to quality.

• Working Days & Hours: Rotation (6x3).
  
• Location: South of Sirt - Libya.
