Your Mission as an Internal Auditor

As an Internal Auditor at Assadafa, your core mission is to safeguard organizational assets through rigorous auditing processes, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. You will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and reinforcing the financial and operational integrity of the company.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as an Internal Auditor

• Conduct comprehensive audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
• Develop and implement effective auditing procedures and internal control systems.
• Analyze accounting records and systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with department heads to resolve audit issues and improve practices.
• Ensure ERPNEXT integration is effectively utilized (if applicable).
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as an Internal Auditor

• 10+ years of general and auditing-specific experience
• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience in the private sector
• Good computer literacy and general IT skills
• Basic English communication
• Male candidates residing in Libya
• Strong personality and assertiveness
• Deep knowledge of audit procedures and future trends in financial matters
• Experience with ERPNEXT (is a plus)
• Background in local auditing firms, retail, or holding groups (is a plus)

• Working Days & Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
