Your Mission as a Logistics Coordinator:
As a vital part of the Supply Chain team, your primary mission will be to streamline the logistics operations. Your role will focus on the meticulous preparation and management of company purchase orders, ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of goods. You will be instrumental in maintaining cost-effectiveness while upholding the promise of timely delivery to our clients.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Logistics Coordinator:
- Managing distribution and shipment budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Coordinating with transportation partners to monitor shipment movements, guaranteeing on-time deliveries.
- Conducting thorough reviews of purchase orders for accuracy and rectifying any shipment errors.
- Responding to and following up on inquiries from vendors and customers concerning purchase orders.
- Collaborating closely with Operations to manage inventory levels effectively.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Logistics Coordinator:
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of the supply chain, equipped to overcome common obstacles with effective solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams) and standard logistics software.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
Additional Information:
- Position Type: Full-time
- work Location: Tripoli, Hay Alandalus.
- Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
