Your Mission as a Production Chemicals BDM

As the Production Chemicals Business Development Manager, your role will be crucial in driving the strategic growth of the company’s production chemicals business. You will oversee key client relationships, monitor market trends, and develop strategies to boost sales and expand market share. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting existing products and introducing new solutions that keep the company competitive in the Libyan market.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as Production Chemicals BDM

• Promote and expand the company’s product offering: Increase sales of existing products while identifying opportunities to introduce new solutions to the market.
• Budgeting and market analysis: Prepare annual budgets, analyze client needs, assess market trends, and provide insights that align with the company’s objectives.
• Strategic planning: Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and meeting revenue goals.
• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting regular visits to understand their needs and identify future business opportunities.
• Industry engagement: Keep up with industry trends by attending conferences, workshops, and maintaining a strong professional network to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as Production Chemicals BDM

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Extensive years of experience in the Libyan production chemical market, with a strong grasp of sales and marketing principles.
• Leadership skills: Prior management experience is an advantage.
• Technical skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and client management.
• Data proficiency: Knowledge in data analysis and report writing.
• Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and follow company policies and procedures effectively.
