Your Mission as a B2B Head:
As the B2B Head, your mission is to lead the expansion of Danube Home’s building materials segment across Libya. You'll develop a solid dealer/distributor network, champion B2B sales targeting wholesale and institutional buyers, and reinforce the brand's market presence across strategic regions including Tripoli and Benghazi.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as B2B Head:
Spearhead the B2B segment growth in wholesale, contractor, and institutional channels.
Identify key customer groups such as builders, developers, and retailers to drive engagement.
Develop, manage, and expand a nationwide dealer/distributor network.
Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle and ensure top-tier customer service.
Train partners and dealers to boost product understanding and brand representation.
Coordinate closely with Danube Home HQ in Dubai for pricing, stock, and promotional strategies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with major clients.
Supervise a team of sales executives or regional managers.
Conduct territory visits and organize promotional roadshows across Libya.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as B2B Head:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (technical background preferred).
- 6–8 years of B2B sales or dealer development experience in the building materials or home improvement industry.
- Expertise in MDF, plywood, tiles, sanitaryware, Alucopanel, and similar product lines.
- Strong market knowledge and business network within Libya.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and team leadership.
- Open to frequent travel across Libya.
