Your Mission as a Project Head:
As the Project Head, your mission is to spearhead the seamless execution of furnishing and fit-out projects under the Danube Home banner across Libya. You will lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of diverse projects—residential, commercial, hospitality, and government—ensuring quality, brand compliance, and timely completion in coordination with Danube Home Dubai.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Project Head:
- Oversee full-cycle project execution across multiple sectors.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with Danube Home HQ in Dubai for procurement, logistics, and design support.
- Build relationships with local developers, contractors, and governmental bodies to drive new business.
- Lead a project team, assigning tasks and ensuring performance standards.
- Ensure project outputs meet Danube Home’s quality and brand expectations.
- Monitor compliance with legal and environmental standards.
- Manage project financials, including approvals and cost control.
- Provide regular updates to local and HQ stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Project Head:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design (MBA is a plus).
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in project/operations management in interior, furniture, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to handle large-scale furnishing and fit-out projects.
- Effective leader with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Libya's market dynamics and coordination with GCC entities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are advantageous.
