Your Mission as a Quality Engineer
As a Quality Engineer, your mission is to uphold the highest standards of quality across our Roads & Bridges projects. You will be pivotal in ensuring that all materials, processes, and finished structures meet stringent project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry benchmarks. Your expertise will drive compliance, efficiency, and excellence from the ground up.
You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Quality Engineer
- Develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC programs for road and bridge construction projects.

Monitor and evaluate construction processes and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients on all matters concerning quality.

Conduct final inspections and contribute to project handover documentation.

Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry-specific quality benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA/QC records and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Quality Engineer
- Minimum age: 30 years.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a 3-year DAE in a relevant field.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience at road and bridge construction sites.

In-depth understanding of quality standards, construction regulations, and inspection protocols.

Strong communication and coordination skills for effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential.
